Negros Island is the fourth largest island in the Philippines and its major city Bacolod is the fourth largest city
in the Philippines. Negros Island is located in the middle of the Philippine Islands in the Visayan Islands between two other
large Visayan islands Cebu and Panay, and Negros is just north of Mindanao Island. The island is divided into two provinces:
Occidental Negros and Oriental Negros (recently ranked by Islands Magazine as one of the top 20 islands in the world for foreigners to live on). The Philippines' largest cave---Odloman Cave---is located in Mabinay in the middle of Negros Island.

      The 4th class municipality in the province of Oriental Negros, Philippines is the Pilgrimage town which is Sibulan. It  is bordered to the south by Dumaguete City, the provincial capital. It is the location of the Airport Dumaguete, the only airport in Oriental Negros. It is also the location of Twin lakes tourist spots site composed of Lake Balinsasayaw, Lake Danao. The said site is being managed  by the Sibulan government and it is located 1047 meters above sea level on Mt. Talinis.
